Greetings, Rotarians.
Where did 2023 go!?
I hope you are all enjoying the holiday season. There's not much to update this week. But with the New Year around the corner, perhaps it is time to think about club goals. Club New Year resolution ideas, for example?
Here is a list of club updates:
1. There is no meeting on December 29, 2023 (tomorrow).
2. We still require a host family for youth exchange student, Arthur, from January 6, 2024 until some time in or about April, 2024. Please reach out to Jesse Kerpan (yeo@rotarymwr.ca) or Nick O'Toole (Nicholas@actuslaw.com)
3. Our youth exchange students are going skiing in January and they would like to borrow equipment. Please let Jesse Kerpan or Nick O'Toole know if you have equipment they may borrow. Here are the sought-after sizes:
- size 10 ladies (41 Euro) boots plus skis & poles; and
- size 10 men (43 Euro) boots plus skis & poles.
4. Please mark these dates in your calendars:
- December 29, 2023: AGAIN, NO CLUB MEETING TOMORROW.
- January 5, 2024: New Year's Levee at Brix (245 St. George Street, Moncton). Doors open at 11:30 am and things will finish up at or before 1:30pm.
- February 9, 2024: Charter Night at Spruce & Iron (Moncton Golf Club).
- May 25-29: Rotary International Convention in Singapore.

- June 20-23: Ribfest 2024 at Riverfront Park. This is an all-hands-on deck event for our club and you are asked to reserve some time in your calendars so that you can volunteer.
See you January 5, 2024 at Brix (but not tomorrow in our regular meeting room at Legends!
