Please note that this week's meeting is again at Curl Moncton (80 Lockhart Ave). We will then be back to Meeting Room D at the Coliseum until May 8th, and back to Curl Moncton on May 15th and 22nd.
Last week we had a very successful event at our lunch meeting, where three of the City of Moncton mayor candidates were able to provide our club as well as about 35 guests more information on their platforms and vision for the City. It was an engaging meeting - AND having meetings like this where we invite the public in for interesting speakers was one of our strategic action items. Huge thanks to our Programming Chair, John Wishart, or organizing this event.
Today, myself, Vida Black (my Mom), Richard Jardine, and his wife Carolyn, made our last meal of the Rotary year for the Ronald MacDonald House Family Room at The Moncton Hospital. These meals are enjoyed and bring comfort to families with children and youth at The Moncton Hospital.
Congratulations to our Club Members Anissa, Julianna, and Maria for successfully completing and graduating from Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) Level 3!
