Thanks everyone who has RSVP'd to the holiday party next Friday, December 5th (no noon meeting). Cocktails will start at 6 pm. with a holiday buffet at approx. 6:45 pm. As mentioned previously, please consider bringing a non-perishable food item and/or new, unwrapped toy that we can distribute to some community organizations to help spread holiday cheer.
As well, on December 19th, we will have our annual Yankee swap/white elephant gift exchange. Please add an item to your holiday shopping list to give to a fellow club member of approx. $20 value.
This Friday we are back to Meeting Room D. There are some more dates in the new year where we will have a change in meeting location, so be sure to read the bulletin to ensure you know where our meeting will be held. If you can't locate your bulletin in your email, this information is also on our website, under News, bulletin archive.
Lastly, just a reminder to always look at the meeting responsibilities to see if you have been assigned a duty ahead of the meeting. If you can't make your assignment, it is up to you to find a replacement. The meeting responsibilities are set by our Programming Chair (John Wishart) and Sergeant-at-Arms (David Maynard).
