This email is to serve as notification of a Special Meeting to be held at our regular meeting time on Friday, October 24th, 2025. Please arrive by 12 pm so that we can commence the Special Meeting no later than 12:10 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss our the future of our longstanding fundraiser - Rotary Ribfest. Please note that according to our Club's By-Laws “Fifty (50) percent + 1 of the membership of the Club shall constitute a quorum at the annual or special meetings of this Club.” As such, please make every effort to attend this meeting.
As noted in my report at our last meeting, we have created an ad-hoc committee to complete a community needs assessment. This is one of our action items from our Strategic Action Plan.
