A Possible Presidential Update To The President's Update...
Greetings, Rotarians. Another long bulletin / sidebar for you this week. Please enjoy the following six points:
1. What's with the heading: "A Possible Presidential Update To The President's Update"? Find out at this week's meeting.
2. Last week, you were challenged to earn a Rotary Citation. This week, our guest speaker, Denise Beaupré, will speak to us about "Curiosity and Creativity: Driving Forces for Service and Success". Perhaps her talk will inspire you to embrace the challenge issued.
3. On July 28th our meeting will be at the Humanity Project. Until then, you may wish to view the Humanity Project's mission and avenues of service here:

Did you know the Humanity Project organizes food boxes for those who may not qualify for other charitable food rations? You may want to consider bringing some canned and packaged food for that meeting. Without doubt, the Humanity Project's work is consistent with this year's RI them "Create Hope in the World".
4. Speaking of Creating Hope in the World, is there any interest in forming
a Positive Peace Committee to do some community outreach from time to time? For instance, acts of kindness, like weeding someone’s garden, or painting someone’s fence. Positive Peace is about actively providing the conditions and culture for communities to thrive. If you are interested, please reach out to Erin Hansen (

5. Have you updated your rotary bio on the clubrunner website? It's easy! While you're there, poke around and ask yourself: what should be added to our website for the purpose of advertising our club's continued significance in the community? Let's keep our website updated and relevant.
