Is Youth Service Month

 

Each month marks the beginning of a new theme in rotary. The month of May marks "Youth Service Month". Are you involved with our club's youth services?

 

Speaking of involvement: be sure to sign up for at least three shifts for ribfest. See email from Nigel Bayliss, dated April 28, 2024 indicating how to sign up. There remain A LOT of positions to fill and there's something for everyone.

 

Please mark these dates in your calendars:

 

- May 13 at 7pm ADT. A sneak peak of the new clubrunner platform and its capabilities. You may register for the event here:

 

Changeover Training | ClubRunner

 

- May 21, 2024: Rotary District 7815 Annual General Meeting at 6:30 p.m. (ADT). This AGM will be held by zoom. The zoom link has not yet been provided. I am told this is the link to register: 

 

 

- May 24, 2024: Ticket Draw. THIS MONTH.

 

- May 29, 2024: GMCC Business After 5 at Moncton Golf Club. This is an opportunity to promote our club, promote ribfest, seek sponsors, volunteers, and new members.

 

- May 25-29, 2024: Rotary International Convention in Singapore.

 

- June 1, 2024: Dragon Boat Festival.

 

- June 14-16, 2024: District Conference is in St. Pierre & Miquelon. 

 

- June 20-23, 2024: Ribfest 2024 at Riverfront Park. This is an all-hands-on deck event for our club and you are asked to reserve some time in your calendars so that you can volunteer. LESS THAN TWO MONTHS AWAY.

 

- August 29, 2024: Rotary Charity Classic golf tournament.
