As you may know, I missed the last few meetings due to a vacation. I didn't get far before I was remined of Rotary and its international impact. Here's a collection box for currency I found in an airport in Vienna on my way to Croatia.
Upon arriving in Dubrovnik, we took a walk around the “old town”, I heard a “Hello Catherine Black!” and look who I found:
For those of you who may not know, this is Mary O'Donnell, a former member of our club and now a member of the Rotary Club of Halifax Harbour. Its a small (rotary connected) world!

Please note that a portion of the June 5th meeting will be considered a “special meeting” and we will present budget information for 2026-27. This bulletin is serving as the two-week notification of the special meeting and as per the by-laws of the club, we will need 50% + 1 to constitute as quorum to vote on the budget
